Refund Policy

At Astra Fas LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@astrafas.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@astrafas.com with proof of the issue.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can issue a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
